- purified water
- 1 small piece fresh ginger root
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric
- 1 small pot
- black pepper
- honey to taste
- 1 lemon juiced

Instructions
- Peel and slice the ginger root
- Put water, ginger and turmeric into the pot
- Bring to the boil and simmer for about 10 minutes or longer (the longer you simmer it, the stronger it gets)
- Add a crack or two of black pepper to help the absorption of the turmeric
- Stir and strain into a cup
- Add lemon juice and honey to taste
