- Prepare the bowl of ice water and soak the cotton socks in it
- Have a hot bath or soak your feet in hot water (very important – do not try this with cold feet)
- As soon as you are dry, wring out the cold socks and put them on
- Pull the woollen socks over the wet cotton ones
- Put on one pair of pyjamas and put the other pair next to the bed and go to bed
- Stay warm
- If you wake up in the middle of the night drenched in sweat, change pyjamas but leave the socks alone
- When you wake up in the morning, the socks will be dry

- Mix the Oregano Oil with the spoon of honey and swallow. Follow up with a large glass of water if you find the taste too harsh.
