Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and whizz until well blended and frothy. blending kefir smoothie
Recipe Notes

Other fruits can be used instead of rockmelon (aka cantaloupe) for example banana, peach, berry, cherry, pineapple, fig, kiwi - whatever you like.

Add a little honey, some dates or raisins for extra sweetness.
