Amlou – Moroccan Nut Paste
A traditional Moroccan breakfast dip
Ingredients

grams
almonds
(with skin)
100
grams
honey
100
ml
Argan Oil
Instructions
Toast the whole almonds, in the oven, taking care not to burn them.
Grind them finely then add the honey and mix well.
Gradually add the Argan Oil and stir well to make a runny paste.
