Not only can you use it for toxin free laundry and deodorant, you can even use it as a mineral supplement, exfoliating scrub, plant booster and treatment for hyperactivity.

Epsom salt is also known as heptahydrate sulphate mineral epsomite (MgSO4•7H2O) or magnesium sulphate. It is an inorganic salt composed of magnesium, sulphur and oxygen. Magnesium is the relaxation mineral and sulphate is the healing mineral and both are readily absorbed through the skin in an Epsom salt bath.

Magnesium is an incredibly important mineral, involved in more than 300 enzyme processes. Magnesium is a precursor to serotonin and is essential for heart health but magnesium deficiency in industrialised nations is rife. It has been farmed out of the soil, prescription drugs, stress and fluoride drain magnesium from the body and herbicides like glyphosate block it.   • Run a warm to hot bath
  • Add 1 – 2 cups of Epsom salt
  • Soak for about 20 minutes
  • Drink a glass of water and go to bed
