- 2 pieces fresh salmon
- 2 zucchini (courgettes)
- 3 carrots
- 200 grams broccoli
- 200 grams green beans
- 1 lemon
- fresh coriander (cilantro)
- 1 nob butter
- Argan Oil
- salt
- black pepper
- paprika

Instructions
- Season salmon with salt, pepper and paprika, then drizzle a bit of Argan oil over it. Wrap in parchment (baking) paper and place in oven at 200 °C for 25 minutes.
- Peel the carrots and courgettes and cut into slices. Blanch separately
- In a skillet, melt a knob of butter, add the vegetables and coriander (cilantro), adjust seasoning if necessary and leave to simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Drizzle with a bit of Argan oil just before serving.
Recipe Notes
Culinary Argan oil should be used in this recipe and all food recipes - don't use Cosmetic Argan oil.
