Instructions
- Toast the whole almonds, in the oven, taking care not to burn them.
- Grind them finely then add the honey and mix well.
- Gradually add the Argan Oil and stir well to make a runny paste.

- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1 ½ cups nuts (see recipe notes below)
- 1 cup seeds (see recipe notes)
- ½ cup shredded coconut or coconut flakes
- ½ cup honey (or pure maple syrup, or half and half)
- ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ cup apple or orange juice concentrate
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon anise
- ½ teaspoon cardamom
- A good few cracks black pepper
- A pinch nutmeg and cloves
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup dried fruit chopped (see recipe notes for suggestions)

- Preheat your oven to about 150°C (300°F)
- Combine all the ingredients except for the dried fruit in a large bowl and mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a large baking tray and bake for about 45 minutes until it looks golden brown. Give it a good stir every 10 minutes or so.
- Add the dried fruit

Pick and choose which nuts, seeds and spices to include but be adventurous.
Nut suggestions: almonds, walnuts, pistachios, cashews, pecans, macadamia or a mixture
Seed suggestions: sesame, flax, pumpkin and sunflower seeds
Dried fruit suggestions: apricots, raisins (if you must) apple rings, cranberries, blueberries

- 1 pear
- 120 grams cottage cheese (curd cheese)
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 teaspoons Flax Seed Oil

- Toast the oatmeal in a dry frying pan. Drizzle with honey and mix well. Cool.
- Put the cottage cheese into a bowl and coarsely grate the pear onto it. Add the orange juice and mix.
- Sprinkle with the oatmeal and drizzle with the Flaxseed Oil.
