Ingredients
  • 100 grams almonds (with skin)
  • 100 grams honey
  • 100 ml Argan Oil

Instructions
  1. Toast the whole almonds, in the oven, taking care not to burn them.
  2. Grind them finely then add the honey and mix well.
  3. Gradually add the Argan Oil and stir well to make a runny paste.

Ingredients
  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 ½ cups nuts (see recipe notes below)
  • 1 cup seeds (see recipe notes)
  • ½ cup shredded coconut or coconut flakes
  • ½ cup honey (or pure maple syrup, or half and half)
  • ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup apple or orange juice concentrate
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon anise
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom
  • A good few cracks black pepper
  • A pinch nutmeg and cloves
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup dried fruit chopped (see recipe notes for suggestions)

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to about 150°C (300°F)
  2. Combine all the ingredients except for the dried fruit in a large bowl and mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a large baking tray and bake for about 45 minutes until it looks golden brown. Give it a good stir every 10 minutes or so.
  4. Add the dried fruit
Recipe Notes

Pick and choose which nuts, seeds and spices to include but be adventurous.

Nut suggestions:  almonds, walnuts, pistachios, cashews, pecans, macadamia or a mixture

Seed suggestions: sesame, flax, pumpkin and sunflower seeds

Dried fruit suggestions: apricots, raisins (if you must) apple rings, cranberries, blueberries

  • 1 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoons honey (liquid)
  • 1 pear
  • 120 grams cottage cheese (curd cheese)
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons Flax Seed Oil

  • 1 teaspoons honey (liquid)
  • 1 pear
  • 120 grams cottage cheese (curd cheese)
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons Flax Seed Oil
Instructions
  1. Toast the oatmeal in a dry frying pan. Drizzle with honey and mix well. Cool.
  2. Put the cottage cheese into a bowl and coarsely grate the pear onto it. Add the orange juice and mix.
  3. Sprinkle with the oatmeal and drizzle with the Flaxseed Oil.
