Instructions
- Melt the Shea butter in a bowl in a bain marie (double boiler).
- When melted, remove the bowl from the water, add the Avocado Oil and mix.
- Add the essential oils and mix again. Cool.
- Pour into a clean jar and seal.
- This balm can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 month.

- Mix the egg yolk and oil together and spread on your hands or feet. Cover with plastic bags tied at wrist or ankle and leave for an hour.
- Rinse off with plain water.

- 5 tablespoons sea salt (coarse grain) or Himalayan salt
- 4 tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 4 tablespoons Jojoba Oil
- 10 drops Lavender Oil
- 5 drops Bitter Orange oil

- Place the salt, Coconut oil and Jojoba oil in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the Lavender and Bitter Orange oils and mix again.
- Pour mixture into a glass jar and store in the fridge or a cool, dark place.
- To use, take a spoonful and and scrub dirty hands thoroughly, rinsing with warm water. If your hands feel too oily wash again with a mild liquid soap, and pat dry with a towel.
