Red Palm Rice
  • 500grams rice
  • 6cloves garlic
  • 2tablespoons Red Palm Oil
  • pepper
  • salt
  1. Wash the rice several times until the rinse water is clear.
  2. Boil water in a pot (2 parts water to 1 part rice)
  3. Add the rice, garlic, pepper, salt and Red Palm Oil. Mix well.
  4. Let simmer for 25 minutes. Serve hot.
