Ingredients
  • 30ml Hazelnut Oil
  • 5drops Basil Oil
  • 5drops Ginger Oil
  • 10drops Lavender Oil
  • 10drops Cinnamon Oil
Instructions
  1. Put the Hazelnut Oil in a tinted bottle and add the essential oils, gently shake to mix.
  2. Massage this oil blend into the affected area.
  3. Warning: Basil essential oil is a powerful analgesic. In high doses, it can cause serious health problems and drowsiness. It should not be used undiluted on the skin or in a diffuser.
