Ingredients
  • kefir
  • rockmeloncubed
  • ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and whizz until well blended and frothy.

Other fruits can be used instead of rockmelon (aka cantaloupe) for example banana, peach, berry, cherry, pineapple, fig, kiwi – whatever you like.

Add a little honey, some dates or raisins for extra sweetness.
