Green Bean & Brazil Nut Salad

green beans

red pepper

fresh coriander

sesame seeds

brazil nuts
chopped

tablespoons
Brazil Nut Oil
2
tablespoons
balsamic vinegar
1
tablespoons
apple cider vinegar
1
teaspoon
dijon mustard
sea salt
black pepper
freshly ground
Instructions
Top and tail the green beans and steam lightly until just tender. Transfer to a shallow serving dish.
Mix all the other ingredients together, except the salt and pepper and pour over the beans.
Mix to coat and season with salt and pepper.
