Ingredients
- green beans
- 1 sliced red pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds toasted
- 30 grams brazil nuts chopped
- 4 tablespoons Brazil Nut Oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- sea salt
- black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
- Top and tail the green beans and steam lightly until just tender. Transfer to a shallow serving dish.
- Mix all the other ingredients together, except the salt and pepper and pour over the beans.
- Mix to coat and season with salt and pepper.
