    Ingredients
    • 5 teaspoons Ghassoul clay good quality
    • 1/2 teaspoon warm water
    • 1 teaspoon rosewater
    • 1/2 teaspoon honey
    • 1 teaspoon Black Seed Oil
    • 3 drops essential oil preferably Lavender (optional)

    • 5 teaspoons Ghassoul clay good quality
    • 1/2 teaspoon warm water
    • 1 teaspoon rosewater
    • 1/2 teaspoon honey
    • 1 teaspoon Black Seed Oil
    • 3 drops essential oil preferably Lavender (optional)
      Instructions
      1. Mix the clay with warm water and rose water, then add in the Black Seed Oil and honey. Mix until well combined and then add in the essential oil if you choose to. Add in more clay or water if necessary to get a good paste.
      2. Massage the mixture onto a clean, dry face in a circular motion (avoid the delicate area around the eyes).
      3. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then rinse off with lukewarm water.
