Amlou – Moroccan Nut Paste
A traditional Moroccan breakfast dip
  • 100grams almonds(with skin)
  • 100grams honey
  • 100ml Argan Oil
  1. Toast the whole almonds, in the oven, taking care not to burn them.
  2. Grind them finely then add the honey and mix well.
  3. Gradually add the Argan Oil and stir well to make a runny paste.
